Shipping
For orders up to $70.00, add $7.00.
For $70.00 to $120.00, add 10%.
For orders over $120.00, add $12.00 only.
On shipments that exceed 15 lbs., freight will be calculated per order. These rates are for ground service to the 48 contiguous states. Call for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.
We ship via UPS, FedEx or US Mail. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours if the items are in stock. 3rd, 2nd, and Next Day Air services are available at extra cost.
Payment
Please pay by check, credit card, or money order in US funds only. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Commercial customers are eligible for open accounts pending credit approval.
Minimum Order
The minimum order for any stock wood product is 10 pieces unless otherwise marked on the quantity column on the price list. Stock metal products have no minimum order quantities.
Returns
If you need to return our products for any reason, we will take them back with no restocking fee within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days a 25% restocking fee will be charged. All products must be returned in the same condition you received them. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise only. The original shipping cost will not be credited. Please contact us to get an RGA number before making a return.
Custom Items
If you need something that you don’t see in this catalog, or a piece of your own design, please inquire. We can supply you with many special order and custom made items. Minimum quantities apply. Custom and special orders are non-returnable.
